Our software employs a certified random number generator (RNG) that produces a shuffle before each hand, ensuring that no player is favored. Once the deck is shuffled, it is set and remains unchanged, ensuring that the dealing order is preserved.
We use a static shuffle to mimic real-life poker as accurately as possible. This means that the deck is not reshuffled during the deal, and the cards that appear are completely independent of the action at the table. The order of the cards is predetermined, ensuring our software doesn’t predict or favor any player.
As such, we cannot create ‘action flops’ or biased rivers.
Can anyone see hole cards during live play?
Our site is designed with strict security protocols, preventing unauthorized access to the game data. We record all hand histories, which helps us monitor for fraud and collusion. Staff can only view hole cards after a hand is completed, typically for investigations like those related to collusion. These hand histories are only accessible after the hand has been completed and all actions have been finalized.
While some programs claim to reveal hole cards, we have not found evidence that they are able to do so successfully. However, it's important to note that there is a theoretical risk: malicious software or malware on your device could potentially compromise your security. If you are concerned about this, we recommend consulting a computer security professional.
Do you use shills or bots on your site?
You will never play against any company created automated bots at our site. We do not employ house players (shills) or bots in any games. You will never play against any employees. All players you face at the tables are fellow members of the community.
Employees of the Company and its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional, and judging agencies, including the administrator of this platform if any, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings and step-siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate or win.
