Ring Game Buy-in obligations

Ring Game Buy-in Rules:

Understanding the buy-in rules for our Ring Games is an important step before taking a seat at the table. This article will walk you through the buy-in obligations at ClubWPT Gold and explain how they contribute to a great playing experience.

Buy-in Ranges

At ClubWPT Gold, our Ring Game tables are designed to promote deep-stack play while maintaining a fair and consistent game. For this reason, all of our Ring Games have a fixed buy-in range.

  • Minimum and Maximum: Players are required to buy in with a stack that is between 50 and 200 times the size of the Big Blind.

  • Examples:

    • At a table with blinds of 0.05/0.10 Chips, the buy-in range would be from 5.00 Chips to 20.00 Chips.

    • At a table with blinds of 1.00/2.00 Chips, the buy-in range would be from 100.00 Chips to 400.00 Chips.

These ranges are in place to ensure a consistent game flow and to prevent players from joining with a very short stack, which can disrupt the table dynamic.

Rejoining a Table

To maintain fairness and discourage "ratholing" (removing chips from the table and immediately rejoining with a smaller stack), we have a rule for players rejoining a game they have recently left.

  • The Rule: If you leave a Ring Game table and wish to rejoin it within 30 minutes, you must sit down with a stack that is at least equal to the amount of chips you had when you left. You are always free to sit with more chips, as long as it's within the table's buy-in range.

  • The Exception: After the 30-minute period has passed, you are free to rejoin the table with any amount you would like, as long as it is within the standard buy-in range.

We believe these rules help create a more stable and competitive environment for everyone at the table. If you have any further questions about our Ring Game rules, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team.
