Why is my purchase being rejected?

Here are some of the common reasons for rejected purchases:
  1. Incorrect information provided: Please review your card details and try again. 
  2. Expired card: Please make sure that your card is not expired.
  3. Insufficient funds/credit available: Please check your balance/credit limits and try again. 
  4. Suspicious activity message by Trustly: If you see a message about unusual activity while trying to purchase using the Online Banking option, this is because Trustly detected a risk with your account and flagged it. Their risk decision process involves a combination of data analysis, rule-based checks, neural-based fraud assessments, and access to industry databases to evaluate the risk associated with each transaction. Our support team will not be able to override this restriction.
If you still are not able to make a purchase, please try using an alternative purchase method.
