Can I use Prepaid Cards?

For Exchanges, prepaid cards are not eligible at this time.

For purchases, the success can be unpredictable. We recommend trying the transaction, but please note that if it is rejected, it is likely due to the bank behind the prepaid card not accepting gaming transactions. You can contact them to confirm if this is the case.

We are continually working to improve our services and will be adding more payment options in the future.

Please see the Purchase and Exchange Methods article for more information on accepted payment methods.
