If your Chip exchange is delayed more than a few days, the likely reason is that we require more information from you in order to process the transaction, and we have not been able to reach you because you do not have a validated email address associated with your account. If you have not added a validated email address to your account, and you have concerns about a delayed transaction, please contact
support@clubwptgold.com.
All chip exchanges are subject to a standard review which takes approximately 72 hours to complete. After the exchange is processed, it can take up to 5 days to reach your bank.
Please know that for accumulated exchanges of $600 or more, we are obligated to retrieve your SSN so that we may generate a 1099-Misc for you early next year. We will request that you upload a completed and signed W-9 form to confirm your SSN.
For those that have made purchases or exchanges, it is important that you have a validated email address so you can receive important notifications about your transactions. If we are not able to contact you, your exchange will remain pending, subject to an automatic rejection after 14 days.
