Time frame to receive Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to a standard security review, which typically takes about 72 hours.

Once your exchange is approved, it can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account. We kindly ask that you allow a total of ten business days from the time of your request to the time of delivery before becoming concerned.

You can only submit one exchange at a time. The exchange must be approved and processed before you may submit another one, or you can cancel the pending request and submit another immediately.

Please ensure that you have a valid email address added to your account so you can receive important updates about your exchange requests.
