Didn't receive my Exchange in my bank account

When you request an exchange to your bank, the funds are usually credited within 3-5 business days after we approve your request. 

If you still haven't received the expected funds after this time frame has elapsed, please check to ensure the bank details you registered are correct and up to date.  If they are correct, please send us a scanned copy or screen capture of your bank statement so we can start an investigation with the payment processor. 

Please make sure the following details are visible on the statement:
  1. All transactions from the date of the exchange forward
  2. Last four digits of the account number
  3. Name of the account holder
  4. Routing number
  5. The bank's mailing address or URL if using an online statement
If your statement displays your full account number, please edit the image and redact that information except for the last four digits before sending it to us, or we will not be able to process the document and will have to delete it instead. 

Please know that we cannot begin an investigation until 5 business days have passed from the date we approved the redemption.
