Q: What is the Alternative Method of Entry for Sweeps Coins?
A: The AMOE is a way for you to receive free Sweeps Coins by mailing in a physical request card, as detailed in our Terms of Use and Official Sweepstakes Rules. These Sweeps Coins can then be used to participate in our sweepstakes promotions.
Q: How many Sweeps Coins will I receive per request?
A: For each valid request card you submit that meets all the requirements, you will receive 5 Sweeps Coins.
Q: Where will my Sweeps Coins appear once credited?
A: The number of Sweeps Coins you have will be displayed in your wallet once credited.
Submitting Your Request
Q: What are the physical requirements for the request card and envelope?
A: You must send a standard postcard or piece of white paper that is at least 4” x 6” in size, unfolded. This must be placed inside a stamped #10 envelope.

Q: What information do I need to handwrite on the outside of the envelope?
A: On the front of the envelope, you must handwrite your return address and the words: “Sweeps Coins Request”.
Q: What information do I need to handwrite on the Request Card inside the envelope?
A: All of the following information must be handwritten, in the exact same order, on only one side of the Request Card:
Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification.
Your customer user ID on the ClubWPT Gold platform.
The return/residential address registered to your Registered User's account.
The phone number or email address registered to your Registered User's account.
The unique postcard code generated on the clubwptgold.com website. This code is unique to each customer and must not be shared with other customers.
The following statement: “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in sweepstakes promotions offered by Grand Cru Concepts Ltd. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Grand Cru Concept's Terms of Use and official Sweepstakes Rules."
Q: Is there a limit to how many request cards I can send in one envelope?
A: Yes, there is a strict limit of one Request Card per outer envelope.
Q: Why did my Sweeps Coins request get rejected?
A: Requests can be rejected for several reasons to ensure fairness and compliance with our rules. Common reasons for rejection include:
- Illegible Handwriting: Your handwriting on both the envelope and the request card must be clear and easily readable. The Company determines legibility at its sole discretion.
- Incorrect Information/Format: If any of the required information on the Request Card is missing, out of order, or not exactly as specified (e.g., the required statement), your request will be void.
- Information Mismatch: The details you provide on the Request Card (name, address, phone/email, user ID) must exactly match the information registered to your ClubWPT Gold account and government-issued identification.
- Invalid or Missing Unique Postcard Code: Each request requires a unique postcard code generated specifically for you on the ClubWPT Gold website. If the code is missing, invalid, or has been shared/used by another customer, your request will be rejected.
- Sent by Third Party/Entity: The request must ONLY be made and posted by the participant themselves. Requests from any other individual or entity (including commercial sweepstakes services) are invalid.
- Posted from a Different State/Province: The request must be posted from the same state as your verified residential address registered to your account. Requests posted from a different state or province will be declared invalid.
- Excluded Territories: The Company reserves the right to reject Request Cards from territories that are excluded from participation.
- Tampering or Automation: Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, use devices to automate requests, or otherwise abuse the process is prohibited and will result in voided requests.
- More Than One Card Per Envelope: Sending more than one request card in a single outer envelope will invalidate the submission.
- Lost, Late, or Incomplete: The Company is not responsible for requests that are lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected due to postal issues or errors on your part.
Q: When do the unique postcard codes expire?
A: All codes expire 30 days after their original creation date, regardless of the postmark date.
Q: What if I move to another state?
A: The rules state that your request must be posted from the same state as your verified residential address. If you move to another state and your verified residential address on file changes before your request is processed, there is a risk that the request may be deemed invalid because the state from which it was posted will no longer match your current verified residential address. To avoid potential issues, we recommend ensuring your verified residential address is current on your account before mailing any new Sweeps Coins requests.
Q: How long does it usually take to credit requests that are sent?
A: Please note that it may take up to 14 days from receipt of the Request Card to upload the Sweeps Coins to the Participants registered User Account. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Sweeps Coins requests or allocations.
