What is the GoldMember subscription?

GoldMember is a monthly subscription that bundles poker training, Chips, and Hand Analysis. We’ve introduced this feature so that players who want structured training and a regular allotment of Hand Analysis and Chips can get them at a predictable monthly price and at a great value.  

ClubWPT Gold remains free to play, and you can still train, learn, and improve on the site without subscribing.

How much does the subscription cost, and what do I receive each month?

The GoldMember subscription is priced at $99 per month.  Every subscription month you will receive:

• Upswing Lab 1.0 training: Unlimited access to Upswing Poker’s Lab 1.0.

• Chips: 110 Chips per month for subscribers who join before the end of the year.

• Hand Analysis credits: 200 HA credits per month.

How do I sign up?

From the ClubWPT Gold home page, click the membership tab at the top of the page and select Subscribe Now.  You’ll be prompted to either sign in or create an account and, if you’re a new player, complete KYC verification.  Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the subscription purchase page.  After you complete your purchase, you’ll be able to view and manage your plan from the Membership page.

If you’re already logged in to ClubWPT Gold you can navigate to the new Training Tab and click the Subscribe Now button. That will take  you to the purchase page, where you can complete your subscription purchase. 

How do I access the training content that’s included in the GoldMember subscription?

Subscribers get unlimited access to the Upswing Poker Lab 1.0.  After you subscribe, visit the Training Tab within ClubWPT Gold. You will be redirected to Upswing via a Magic‑Link where you will already be signed in and ready to begin your training. 

Do I need to subscribe to keep playing on ClubWPT Gold?

No.  The subscription is not required to play on ClubWPT Gold.  It’s an optional package that provides Chips, HA credits and training benefits.  Players can continue to use the site and purchase Chips or play with free daily Chips without subscribing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscribers have a dedicated Membership section on their profile where you can view your current plan or cancel at any time. 

How are Chips and Hand Analysis credits granted?

The subscription renews each month on the monthly anniversary of your subscription date. On that date you’ll receive your monthly allotment of Chips and Hand Analysis. These entitlements are added automatically to your account and can be viewed in your balance.  Chips and HA credits follow the same rules as other purchases.

How does billing work and what payment methods are accepted?

You can use a credit or debit card to purchase a monthly GoldMember subscription.  Your chosen payment method will be charged each month automatically until you cancel. If you cancel anytime between your last billing date and your next scheduled payment, you will continue to enjoy all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your subscription will end.

What happens if I request self‑exclusion or responsible gaming limits?

If you submit a responsible gaming request (for example, self‑exclusion), customer service will include cancelling your subscription as part of the process, and recurring payments will stop.  This ensures you aren’t charged while unable to play.
