💻 On a Mac:
- Click the Safari menu 
 - Select Preferences 
 - Click the Advanced tab 
 - Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox 
 - Select the Develop drop-down menu 
 - Click Empty Cache 
 
📱 On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- Go to Settings 
 - Select Apps 
 - Select Safari 
 - Tap Clear History and Website Data 
 
🔹 To clear the cache on Firefox:
- Select the menu option (hamburger menu)
 - Select Settings
 - Select "Browsing History", "Cookies and Site Data"
 - Click "Clear Data"
 - The clear browsing data and cookie dialogue box will open
 - In the "When" box select "everything"
 - Check  "temporary cached files and pages" box
 
- Click the "Clear" button
 - Close the page
 
Once the cache is cleared you should be able to load the page. If you're still experiencing issues, please send your browser log files by submitting a ticket to support. 
You can access your log files by pressing "ctrl-shift-j" simultaneously, then just copy/paste the logs into your reply.
