How do I clear my cache?

If you are experiencing technical issues on the website, please try clearing your cache and cookies first before contacting support.

🔹 To clear your cache in Google Chrome:
  1. Click the menu in the upper right corner
  2. Choose "delete browsing data"
  3. Select "Browsing History", "Cookies" & "Cached Data"
  4. Select "All Time" as the time range
  5. Click "Delete Data"
  6. Close your browser and reopen to effect the changes. 
🔹 To clear your cache in Microsoft Edge (2020 release and later):
  1. Navigate to the three dots in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Choose "History"
  3. In the top of the History pane, click the three dots.
  4. Choose "Clear Browsing Data".
  5. If you are having trouble with library databases we recommend the Time range of All Time.
  6. Check the options for Browsing history, Cookies and site data, and Cached images and files. 
  7. Click "Clear now".
  8. Close and reopen Edge.
🔹 To clear your cache using Samsung Internet Browser:
  1. Navigate to and open the Samsung Internet app, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines).
  2. Tap Settings, then tap Personal browsing data, and then tap Delete browsing data.
  3. Select the data you would like to clear, such as Browsing history and Cookies and site data
  4. Tap Delete Data then tap Delete to confirm. 
🔹 To clear your cache on Safari:
💻 On a Mac:
  1. Click the Safari menu 
  2. Select Preferences 
  3. Click the Advanced tab 
  4. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox 
  5. Select the Develop drop-down menu 
  6. Click Empty Cache 
📱 On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Select Apps 
  3. Select Safari 
  4. Tap Clear History and Website Data 
🔹 To clear the cache on Firefox:
  1. Select the menu option (hamburger menu)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select "Browsing History", "Cookies and Site Data"
  4. Click "Clear Data"
    1. The clear browsing data and cookie dialogue box will open
    2. In the "When" box select "everything"
    3. Check  "temporary cached files and pages" box
  5. Click the "Clear" button
  6. Close the page
Once the cache is cleared you should be able to load the page. If you're still experiencing issues, please send your browser log files by submitting a ticket to support.

You can access your log files by pressing "ctrl-shift-j" simultaneously, then just copy/paste the logs into your reply.
