Why Is This Happening?
This issue is likely due to your browser or device location permissions preventing us from accurately detecting your location.
For those using our new Multi-Table App: More location data is needed to confirm you're in a permitted area. Make sure your WiFi is turned on and your device is in range of multiple wireless connections (WiFi access points). Please address the items above, then try again.
Quick Troubleshooting Steps
- Clear your browser cache
- Ensure location service permissions are enabled in both your browser and device settings, and confirm that Wi-Fi is turned on.

- Desktop Users:
- If you receive a geolocation error, click the location icon in your browser’s search field and grant permission.
Additional Notes:
- If location services are enabled and login still fails, try a different browser (e.g., Chrome or Firefox), as geolocation accuracy can vary.
- Per GeoComply’s instructions, wait at least 30 minutes before retrying on a different browser.

For Desktop Users Near Exclusion Zones:
If you are close to an exclusion zone (e.g., state borders, national borders, or federal tribal lands), geolocation accuracy may be affected. Additionally, StarLink users may experience inconsistent location detection due to IP address assignments. In such cases, switching to another network may improve results.
