How to Submit a Bug Report

If you encounter any bug, crash, or unexpected technical issue on our platform, our team wants to know about it. To help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we need specific details from you.

The better you describe the problem, the faster we can potentially resolve the issue.


1. Did You Try to Fix It? (Troubleshooting)

Before contacting us, please tell us what troubleshooting steps you have already tried on your end. This prevents us from asking you to repeat steps you've already attempted.

Common troubleshooting steps include:

  • Restarting your browser or client.

  • Logging out and logging back in.

  • Clearing your cache.

  • Restarting your modem and router.

  • Closing other applications running in the background.

  • Trying a different device

If you have tried any of the above, please state which ones in your report.


2. Tell Us Exactly What Happened (The Details)

We need a clear, step-by-step account of the bug. Please elaborate on:

What were you doing?Were you joining a table, multi-tabling, sitting out, checking the cashier, or leaving a game?
What did you expect to happen?(e.g., "I expected to be dealt into the hand.")
What actually happened?(e.g., "The client froze," "I was disconnected," or "The bet slider wouldn't move.")
When did it happen?The exact date and time (including your time zone, if possible).

If the issue happened during a Hand (Ring Games or Tournaments):

We need details of the specific game context:

  • Your Cards: What were you holding?

  • The Board: What cards were visible (Flop, Turn, River)?

  • Where it happened: What were the blinds/stakes of the table or name of the tournament?


3. Visual Evidence is Best (Screenshots & Video)

A picture or video is often the quickest way for us to understand a bug.

  • Please include any relevant screenshots of the error message, the frozen screen, or the table in question.

  • Video recordings of the issue are extremely helpful for technical investigation.
