How do I take a screen shot?
Whenever you experience an issue on the platform, it's always helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you see happening.
Here are the instructions for taking a screen capture on iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac:
📱 iOS
For iPhones with Face ID:
Press the Side button and the Volume Up button simultaneously.
Release both buttons quickly.
A thumbnail will appear in the lower-left corner. Tap it to edit or share, or swipe left to dismiss it.
For iPhones with Touch ID:
Press the Home button and the Side button (or Top button on older models) simultaneously.
Release both buttons quickly.
A thumbnail will appear in the lower-left corner. Tap it to edit or share, or swipe left to dismiss it.

📱 Android
General Method:
Press the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously.
Hold them for a couple of seconds until you see a flash or hear a shutter sound.
The screenshot will be saved in your Photos or Gallery app under the "Screenshots" album.
Alternative Methods:
On some devices, you can swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Screenshot button in the Quick Settings menu.
On Samsung devices, you can use a palm swipe gesture or the S Pen to take a screenshot.

💻 Window
Using Keyboard Shortcuts:
Full Screen: Press Windows Key + Print Screen. The screenshot will be saved in the "Screenshots" folder inside the "Pictures" folder.
Active Window: Press Alt + Print Screen. This copies the screenshot to the clipboard, and you can paste it into an application like Paint or Word.
Snipping Tool: Press Windows Key + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool. Select the area you want to capture, and the screenshot will be copied to the clipboard.
Using Snipping Tool:
Open the Snipping Tool from the Start menu.
Click New and select the area you want to capture.
Save the screenshot using the disk icon.

💻 Mac
Entire Screen:
Portion of the Screen:
Press Shift + Command (⌘) + 4.
Drag the crosshair to select the area you want to capture.
Release the mouse or trackpad button to take the screenshot.
Window or Menu:
Please attach and send your screenshot along with your question or issue when submitting a ticket to Customer Support.
