At any given time you are allowed to have a maximum of 3 active payment / exchange methods associated with your account.
If you are at this cap and attempt to add another payment method then you will run into the following error message.
In order to resolve this you do need to remove one of your previously used or added methods to free up space to add a new card.

If you are not seeing any methods on this screen you may have used either Apple Pay or Google Pay which will require our support team to remove these for you.
Please contact our support team with the last 4 digits of the method you would like us to remove and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
You may also encounter the following message when attempting to add a new card to your account.
This only occurs when you're attempting to use a payment method that has already been associated with a previous account, you will have to use another payment method in this case.
