Responsible Gaming Policy

At ClubWPT Gold, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting our players in maintaining control over their play. We believe gaming should be a safe, enjoyable form of entertainment and we provide tools and policies designed to help our community play responsibly.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel the need to take a permanent break from gaming, we offer a self-exclusion option.
All self-exclusion requests are permanent. Once you choose to self-exclude, your account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

Purchase Limits

We allow players to set a monthly limit on how much they spend.

Requests to decrease your purchase limit must remain in place for at least 30 days before any changes can be made. This cooling-off period helps reinforce thoughtful and controlled play.
Requests to increase purchase limits may be subject to review and may not be approved immediately.

Blocking Access to Ring Games or Tournaments

If you wish to block access to specific types of games, you can choose to restrict your access to:
  1. Ring games
  2. Multi-table tournaments (MTTs)
Any request to block access to one or more of these game types is treated as permanent. Once blocked, access to the selected games cannot be restored on your account.

These policies are in place to support serious and sustained decisions around responsible play.
