  1. If you have an exchangeable balance of 20 Chips or more, your ability to play and purchase will be suspended and you will be instructed to submit an exchange request for your remaining balance. 
  2. Once your exchange request is processed, your account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened. 
  3. You will be removed from our marketing and promotional email lists.

2. Select 'Player Support'
3. Select 'Submit a Ticket' here:

4. Fill out the ticket information form:
  1. Enter your Contact name, email, and phone number
  2. Select the topic 'Responsible Gaming' and then select 'Self-exclusion requests'
  3. Enter "Self-exclusion" in the Subject line
  4. Fill out the description section
  5. Click Submit
