Setting Purchase Limits
You may set a monthly purchase limit for any duration that suits you, but all purchase limit requests must remain in place for a minimum of 30 days.
To set a monthly purchase limit, please contact our support team by creating a ticket as described below or sending us an email at support@clubwptgold.com.
To submit a ticket:
1. Navigate to clubwpt.com and scroll to the bottom of the page
2. Select 'Player Support'
3. Select 'Submit a Ticket' here:
4. Fill out the ticket information form:
- Enter your Contact name, email, and phone number
- Select the topic 'Responsible Gaming' and then select 'Purchase limit requests'
- Enter "Purchase limit request" in the Subject line
- Fill out the description section
- Click Submit
A member of our support team will place the limit on your account and reply back with a confirmation.
