Account Verification - Image quality

Documents with poor image quality we do not accept:

  1. Blurred - Text must be clear and unblurry. If your images continue to come out blurry, please make sure your camera lens is clean, or use another device. 
  2. We cannot accept photocopied documents or photos taken from a device screen. 
  3. We cannot accepted cropped documents - The four corners of the document must be visible, including the document number. 
  4. Ineligible or concealed information - All essential information must be visible, including date of birth and document number where applicable.
