Unable to Verify - No Access to Camera
This issue is related to camera or microphone permissions. We see the microphone permission occur in Chrome often.
📱On your Android device:
- Open your settings (the gear icon)
- Tap Security and privacy
- Tap privacy
- To allow or deny camera and microphone permissions for your browser, tap "permission manager"
- Scroll down the permission manager page and tap "Camera"
- Tap on your browser app
- Select one of the "allow" options.
- Repeat the process for Microphone permissions.
📱For iPhone and Safari the process is even simpler:
- Select Settings
- Select Apps
- Select Safari (Or Chrome if you happen to be using that)
- Select Camera and check "Allow"
- Select Microphone and check "Allow"
You should then be able to refresh your browser and have no further trouble verifying your account.
