Unable to Verify - No Access to Camera

This issue is related to camera or microphone permissions. We see the microphone permission occur in Chrome often.

📱On your Android device:
  1. Open your settings (the gear icon)
  2. Tap Security and privacy
  3. Tap privacy
  4. To allow or deny camera and microphone permissions for your browser, tap "permission manager"
  5. Scroll down the permission manager page and tap "Camera"
  6. Tap on your browser app
  7. Select one of the "allow" options.
  8. Repeat the process for Microphone permissions.
📱For iPhone and Safari the process is even simpler:
  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select Safari (Or Chrome if you happen to be using that)
  4. Select Camera and check "Allow"
  5. Select Microphone and check "Allow"
You should then be able to refresh your browser and have no further trouble verifying your account.
