Why do I need to verify my account?

Why do I need to verify my account?

All of our players must verify their age, identity and address by completing our verification process.

This verification process is known a "KYC" or "Know Your Customer".

We can require KYC documentation at any time, not just when registering, purchasing Hand Analyses or exchanging Chips.

KYC Verification protects players and helps us create a safe and equitable playing environment, and ensures that vulnerable players, such as minors, do not access our services.

This process also assists us in eliminating multiple accounts, reduces the risk of fraud, confirms a real person registered an account and allows for a means to contact our players if necessary.
