I need to update my account with my new phone number

If you get a new phone number, please do not try creating a new account using the new number. Please submit a ticket instead and our Customer Support team will update the phone number for you on your existing registration so you can continue using the same one.

If you have already tried creating a new registration using your new phone number, please know that the your attempt to verify will be rejected for being a duplicate. After the failed verification, please submit a ticket and we will deactivate your previous registration and verify your new registration manually.
