Updating Your Registered Phone Number
Why Your Phone Number Matters
Your mobile phone number is an essential part of the sign-in process. It’s used to deliver your One Time Password (OTP), which ensures secure access to your account.
If you lose access to your registered phone number—whether due to a lost phone, a carrier change, or another reason—you will temporarily lose access to your account.
What’s Changed
Previously, customers who needed to update their phone number were required to create a new account and complete the full verification process again. That is no longer necessary. You can now update your phone number directly on your existing account.
How to Update Your Phone Number
If your email address is validated:
2. Our Customer Support team will update your phone number on your existing registration.
3. Once updated, you’ll be able to receive OTPs and log in again without interruption.
If your email address is not validated:

Submit a
support ticket and provide your old and new phone numbers.
2. Our team will provide instructions to confirm your identity.
3. After verification, we’ll assist you in updating your phone number.
