How do I block access to Poker Master, ring games, or MTTs?

If you’d like to remove your access to specific types of games on our platform, we offer the option to permanently block access to:
  1. Poker Master
  2. Ring games (cash poker)
  3. Multi-table tournaments (MTTs)
Blocking access can be an effective way to support responsible gaming and help maintain control over your play.

How to Request a Block

To block access to any of these game types, simply contact our support team with your request.

You can do this by:

1. Creating a Support Ticket
To submit a ticket:
1. Navigate to clubwpt.com and scroll to the bottom of the page
2. Select 'Player Support'
3. Select 'Submit a Ticket' here:
  1. Enter your Contact name, email, and phone number
  2. Select the topic 'Responsible Gaming' and then select 'Other requests'
  3. Enter "Block access to [Poker Master / Ring Games / MTTs]" in the Subject line
  4. Fill out the description section
  5. Click Submit

2. Emailing Us Directly
  1. Send an email to support@clubwptgold.com with the following subject line: Subject: Block access to [Poker Master / Ring Games / MTTs]
  2. Be sure to include your phone number/user ID/nickname and clearly state which game type(s) you'd like to block access to.
