Urgent - New York Legislation Signed Into Law. Access from New York Prohibited.

On December 5, 2025, Governor Kathy Hochul signed into law Senate bill S5935A, NY state legislation that will immediately prevent you from accessing your account and exchanging your Chip balance. Any player, regardless of residency, physically located in the state of NY will not be able to login to our site.

NY residents, for the time being, can still have their chips exchanged if they login from an approved jurisdiction such as Pennsylvania, Massachusetts or Vermont.  

Please know that your chip balances are safe, and we understand how important your balance is to you and are here to support you during this transition.
