NY state legislation will be signed that will immediately prevent you from accessing your account and redeeming your exchangeable Chip balance. This legislation will be signed into law at any moment. When enacted, the legislation will immediately prevent us from processing any further exchanges for players who created accounts using a New York state ID. Additionally, any player, regardless of residency, physically located in the state of NY will not be able to login to our site.

To avoid loss of your balance, we urge you to submit your exchange request as soon as possible. Once the billed is signed into law, we will be required to stop all exchanges immediately.
