How do I check my transaction history?
In order to check your transaction history of all of your purchases and redemptions, please follow the steps below for desktop or mobile devices:
For desktop:
- Go to the "ADD COINS" located at the top right corner to access your Coin Exchange page
- Click on "TRANSACTION HISTORY" on the left side
- Switch between "PURCHASES" and "REDEMPTIONS" to see your history
For mobile device:
- Tap on the Coins icon located at the top right corner to access your Coin Exchange page
- Tap on "Buy Coins" to display a drop down menu
- Tap on "Transaction History"
- Switch between "PURCHASES" and "REDEMPTIONS" to see your history
Here you can access the previous year's purchases and redemptions.
