How do I exchange Chips?

Chips can be exchanged for cash prizes by visiting the Store and selecting 'Exchange Chips'.
  1. Go to the 'Buy' button at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. This will take you to the Store. Select 'Exchange Chips' from the menu on the left side of the page.
  3. Go to 'Add Payment Method' and you can either enter your bank information, or choose to use a debit card. 

Important to note:
  1. Google Pay, Apple Pay, and prepaid debit cards are not eligible for exchanges.
  2. You need a minimum of 20 Exchangeable Chips to redeem. 
  3. You can only submit one exchange request at a time. Once the pending one has been processed, you can request a new one.
